Clik-Clik Systems Inc. products are fully warranted against manufacturer defect, under normal use and care, for a period of 1 year.
If not fully satisfied with the product you have received, please contact customer service at email@example.com or telephone at 866-298-9684.
You may return an on-line purchase, within 30 days of purchase, for articles that are unused and in the original packaging. You will be refunded the purchase price of the article(s) and applicable taxes, upon receipt of the item(s). Shipping is not refunded.
If Clik-Clik Systems Inc. (the manufacturer) is at fault for the requested refund/return; Clik-Clik Systems Inc. will issue a return label for free return shipping.
To return an on-line purchase, include proof of purchase and the credit card information used for the purchase. Contact customer service for a ship-to address and a return authorization number.
Custom orders are not refundable or returnable.
For items damaged or lost in transit, immediately DURING receipt, mark the bill of lading “ damaged in transit + description of damage/items missing” and notify the freight carrier company immediately.
