What It Does

MagPoles are push-button, telescopic extension poles with the standard acme thread to fit into the MagMover. They are used to extend the reach of a person.

With the MagMover attached, the extended MagPole makes it easy to attach and remove ClikMagnets to/from ceiling heights not normally reached while standing on the floor.

How to Use the MagPole to Install Displays to the Metal on Ceiling.

1. With a MagMover threaded onto the end of the MagPole, hold the MagPole in a vertical position…with the base resting on the floor - as shown.
2. Place the ClikMagnet(s) (+ display) onto the MagMover.
3. While keeping the base on the floor and the MagPole vertical, extend the sections to the desired height.
4. Lift the MagPole (+ display) to allow the ClikMagnet(s) to ‘clik’ to the metal. Your display is hung!
5. With the MagPole in a vertical position, set the base on the floor and gently close the opened sections.
6. Repeat for the next installation.

How to Use the MagPole to Safely Retreive Displays from the Ceiling.

1. With a MagMover threaded onto the end of the MagPole, hold the MagPole in a vertical position…with the base resting on the floor.
2. Rotate outward the MagMover’s corkscrews.
3. While keeping the base on the floor and the MagPole vertical, extend the sections to the desired height.
4. Insert the corkscrew(s) fully into the ClikMagnet’s centre ring(s). Pull.
5. With the MagPole still in a vertical position, rest the base on the floor. Gently close the extended sections. Your display is retrieved!
6. Next: Remove the ClikMagnet(s) and their attached LoopLine™ from the display. They are ready to be re-used for the installation of the next display.

It is important to position yourself closely under the display when taking it down, this is the easiest way to retrieve a display - as shown.

How to Use the MagPole to Determine the Length of the Connecting Line between the Display and the ClikMagnet.

1. With the MagPole in a vertical position, extend the MagPole to touch the ceiling. Hold at the ceiling.
2. Visualize a spot on the MagPole where the top of your display would be when hanging from the ceiling. Do not close the sections.
3. Return the base to the floor and lie the extended MagPole on the floor.
4. Using LoopLine™ measure the distance from the visualized spot, to the tip of the MagPole.
5. The measured distance is the length of line required to hang your display at the desired position from the ceiling.
